You know something needs to change. Maybe you've been white-knuckling your way through anxiety that never fully lets up, or you're stuck in the same argument with your partner for the hundredth time. You have been told to "just push through it" your whole life, and pushing through has gotten you successful on paper but exhausted, disconnected, or one bad day away from blowing up. Maybe ADHD has you running at full speed with nothing to show for it, or addiction has quietly taken over more of your life than you'd like to admit.

Here's what I want you to know: Those patterns have an expiration date. They don't have to run your life forever.

I help people get unstuck. Not in some abstract, feel-good sense. Free as in you actually sleep at night, your relationships stop feeling like a minefield, you trust yourself again, and the thing that's been weighing on you for years finally loosens its grip. That's the work we do together, and I've watched it happen hundreds of times.

How I Work

I'm direct but compassionate. I'm not going to sit back and nod while you talk in circles for months. You deserve a therapist who will actually engage with you, who will challenge you when it helps, support you when you need it, and give you tools that work in your real life, not just in theory. I call it compassionate honesty: I'll tell you what I see, and we'll work through it together.

I don't use a one-size-fits-all approach because your life isn't one-size-fits-all. When negative thought patterns are running the show, I use CBT to rewire them. When past experiences keep hijacking your present, EMDR helps you process them so they stop calling the shots. When you feel like you're constantly at war with yourself, one part wants to change, another part won't let you, IFS helps you understand those parts and get them working together instead of against each other. For couples, I use the Gottman Method, built on decades of research into what actually makes relationships last.

Men's Mental Health

I have a particular focus on men who've built a life that looks good on the outside but doesn't feel right on the inside. Executive stress, the pressure to have it all together, ADHD that's been masked by sheer willpower, anger that's really something else underneath. These are the things that don't get talked about enough, especially by the guys who are dealing with them. If asking for help feels like the hardest part, I get it. That's exactly why this space exists.

Couples

I also work with couples at every stage, whether you're rebuilding after a betrayal, stuck in the same exhausting cycle of conflict, quietly drifting apart, or strengthening something good before cracks start to form. The goal isn't just to stop fighting. It's to actually feel connected again, and enjoy your time together.

What to Expect

Therapy with me should feel like a real conversation, not a clinical interrogation. I'm down-to-earth, I don't take myself too seriously, and I believe the work should be practical, accessible, and something you can actually feel changing your life.

If you're ready to stop managing your symptoms and start actually feeling better, let's talk.
